Scott Cain
Scott Cain

Scott Cain was born and raised in Cleburne, Texas. After graduating from Cleburne High School, Mr. Cain received his Bachelor of Arts from the Criswell College in 1989. In 1999, Mr. Cain received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

During law school, Mr. Cain was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honorary legal fraternity, and served as an Editor for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review, treasurer for the Student Bar Association, and as a traveling member of the moot court team.

Mr. Cain is licensed to practice law in Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas and in federal courts in the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the Texas, Johnson and Tarrant County Bar Associations. He has conducted 18 civil jury trials and handled many appeals.

Mr. Cain is active in many local and state civic activities. He has served on numerous boards of directors including the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce, the Cleburne Pregnancy Center, Johnson County United Way, Wakeboard Church and the Cleburne Economic Development Foundation. He frequently assists organizations such as the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Johnson County Children's Advocacy Center and numerous churches throughout Johnson County. As a state champion wakeboarder, he coaches an area wakeboard team and promotes wakeboarding events for underprivileged children, and he works with children and teenagers in various other sports, including soccer and has taught adults and teenagers in Sunday School classes. He believes that effective representation also involves community service.

Mr. Cain is a trial lawyer, general practice lawyer and a certified mediator. His practice consists of all areas of civil litigation, appellate law, oil and gas, corporate, probate law, real estate, and condemnation with a focus on commercial litigation.

Mr. Cain was selected as Johnson County's number 1 lawyer in 2010.

Mark Hines

Mark Hines is a general practice attorney with an emphasis on probate and estate planning.

Mr. Hines was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He is an Eagle Scout. He attended college at St. Edward's University where he received his undergraduate degree with honors in Business Administration and Finance. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston in 2006.

Mr. Hines is a general practice lawyer with an emphasis on probate, estate planning and general litigation. He has handled civil litigation matters involving real estate, oil & gas and probate matters. He has handled appeals. He is licensed to practice law in Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas and is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association. He is also a member of Leadership Cleburne.

Peter Branca
Peter Branca

Peter Branca is a general practice attorney with an emphasis on litigation, trial and corporate law.

Mr. Branca graduated from Howard Payne University, magna cum laude, in 2002 and received his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2009. While at Texas Wesleyan, Mr. Branca was a member of the Mock Trial Taveling Team and served as the vice-president of the Mock Trial Affairs for the Board of Trial Advocates.

Mr. Branca is a general practice lawyer with an emphasis on general litigation, appelate and corporate law. He is licensed to practice in Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas and is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association.
